Hello there! My name is Robin Mastro. And, after years of providing technical support for a local internet service provider, I decided a need existed for basic, no frills, down-to-earth help for people struggling to make technology work for them. In response, I formed Ageek Company.
At Ageek Company, the mission is to help you get benefits rather than frustrations from the technology available today. Whether you are an individual who can’t seem to get that dang computer to do what you want or a business in need of a way to network your systems for greater efficiency, we’re here to provide support and expertise.
Since most of our services are performed on customer sites, we may or may not answer the phone when you call. Please leave a message! We check voicemail every hour (or less) and return calls ASAP. Sometimes, we work Sundays so don’t be shy!
Currently (2/13/2011), we are in the process of closing our office at 220 S Lafayette St. Service will not be interrupted during this move. We are searching for a more retail-oriented space to share near downtown Iowa City. Give a call or email if you have ideas or suggestions!
